General Return Policy
We recommend that you open your cartons and boxes to inspect the contents immediately upon receipt of your shipment. If anything has been damaged in shipping, please take note of the damages on the bill of lading or on the shipping form by notifying your delivery driver before he leaves. Damage claims are your sole responsibility; we will be happy to assist you in making any such claims with the shipping company. We will refund the exact amount that the shipping company approves the claim for, though this is subject to the shipping company's damage claim policies.
We will only accept returns on items in their original packaging and condition. Sorry, but we cannot accept items that have been improperly repackaged or damaged.
All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the date of receipt of your shipment. Please contact us at support@ellasflowerbasket.com; your message should include your order number and/or other information to identify your order. Please provide a description of your return and why you are returning the item(s).
A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for all returns. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges resulting from customer error.
Please do not ship any returns before contacting us first. Once we have received your return request, we will provide you with further shipping instructions.
Returns cannot be accepted because of misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modification, unauthorized repair, neglect, alteration, improper installation or any other acts which are not the fault of Ella's Flower Basket, including damage caused by shipping. After your return is received, processed, and approved, we will issue a credit to you through PayPal.
Incorrect Shipments because of our Error
If for some reason you receive an item that is incorrect or was incorrectly described, please notify us by email at support@ellasflowerbasket.com within 3 days of receipt of your shipment so that we may work with you to correct the issue. Incorrect shipments resulting from our error are handled differently from normal returns. However, if you do not contact us within this 3 day timeframe to bring the error to our attention, then we will have to process the request as a normal return, subject to those terms and charges mentioned above.
